Chris is a registered Architect, member of the Royal Association of British Architects, the Royal Incorporation of Architects in Scotland, and the Society of Engineers in the UAE. After 19 years of practice, primarily in the hotel, retail and office sectors across Scotland and the North of England, he relocated to Dubai in 2012.

During the past 9 years, as Project Director, Chris has successfully led some of our most significant high-rise hotel and residential developments in Dubai. Leading multi-disciplinary teams through all stages of the design process, he is a strong advocate for close collaboration of all project stakeholders from inception to successful completion.

Chris is a registered Architect, member of the Royal Association of British Architects, the Royal Incorporation of Architects in Scotland, and the Society of Engineers in the UAE.

Yahya believes in the ability of integrated design to transform our built environment. Central to his design philosophy is a multi-disciplinary approach that includes owners, architects, engineers, end-users and selected specialist consltants, working collaboratively to unlock hidden potential. With 33 years of global experience, Yahya directs our design effort in the Middle East and Asia. His work includes major masterplans, signature office, residential and hotel towers, retail malls, and multi-use developments.

A winner of numerous international awards, Yahya’s design and research into sustainable multi-use masterplan models, and the impact of density, is featured at conferences and in leading publications worldwide. Yahya is a member of our Board of Directors, participates in strategic decisions related to our global operations and leads our continued growth in the Middle East and Asia.

Working collaboratively to unlock hidden potential. With 33 years of global experience, Yahya directs our design effort in the Middle East and Asia.

Mark is an accomplished Mechanical Engineer with over 13 years of experience in the Middle East. A member of our engineering group since 2013, Mark has distinguished himself for his dedication and follow through on all aspects of mechanical and electrical engineering, during design and construction.

As an engineer, Mark approaches design with conceptual clarity, always questioning assumptions and testing ideas to unlock potential. Mark’s quiet leadership style is effective in bringing together our multi-disciplinary efforts and to ensuring the designs we produce are efficient and appropriate.

Mark is an accomplished Mechanical Engineer with over 13 years of experience in the Middle East. A member of our engineering group since 2013.

Ajith has over 33 years of experience in Accounting, Auditing, Banking, Budgeting Credit Management and Taxation. During his 10 year tenure in India, Ajith had worked closely with major Financial Institutions, Audit Firms, Private and Public Sector Banks.

Over the past 23 years in NORR, Ajith’s focus was to facilitate financial strategies for the company’s ambitious growth plans. He has established, monitored and enforced accounting policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and integrity. He is particularly relentless with legal and regulatory compliance.

An ardent believer in transparency, Ajith had always endeavored to uphold highest standards of corporate governance.

Islam has 27 years of experience delivering projects in the Middle East, 17 of those in the UAE. In all his projects, Islam has demonstrated exceptional technical and commercial leadership.

Islam manages the architectural site team across all projects and has significant experience working with multinational companies in a consultant, project manager and client representative capacity. Islam’s experience includes contract management, change order analysis, quality control and progress monitoring..

Mounzer’s numerous career achievements demonstrate his dedication to delivering structures of the highest quality and safety.

George Nabbout has been with NORR since 2008 and has worked on several large-scale Residential, Hospitality and Retail projects. He was also part of the NORR Site Supervision Team of the Burj Khalifa project in 2009.

Prior to NORR, George Nabbout has worked at Consortio International in Dubai as a Project Coordinator. George holds a Bachelor of Architecture and a Masters in Engineering Management from the American University of Beirut. He is also registered at the Order of Engineers and Architects in Lebanon and the Society of Engineers in UAE.

George Nabbout has been with NORR since 2008 and has worked on several large-scale Residential, Hospitality and Retail projects.

He was also part of the NORR Site Supervision Team of the Burj Khalifa project in 2009. Prior to NORR, George Nabbout has worked at Consortio International in Dubai as a Project Coordinator.
